Our commitment

The Qu'an treats personal and private market data as credentials, not content. We minimize collection, retain only what is needed to operate your account, and keep processing as local and as little as possible.

Data categories

• Account data: identifiers, auth state, subscription status.
• Workspace data: optionally synced terminal state under your row-level account.
• Markets data: option chains, greeks, and workbook state are processed in-page and not uploaded unless you publish.

Interest and purpose limitation

We do not profile users for advertising, sell access, or reuse data across unrelated services. Processing is limited to account operation, entitlements, billing, and service improvement.

Access and portability

You can export or delete your data by contacting support. Account data may be requested for review through the house support channel.

Security controls

The service uses authenticated API access, row-level data isolation per user, encrypted transport, and restricted server-side access. Secrets are managed outside the repo in environment-level configuration.

Retention and deletion

Account data is retained until deletion. Published reports remain viewable unless removal is requested. To request deletion or removal, contact support.
