Subscriptions & Refunds

Billing

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Annual billing is paid in advance and carries two months free relative to monthly billing. All charges are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise shown.

Trials

New subscriptions begin with a 14-day full-access trial. Payment details are collected at signup but charged only on the first regular billing date. Cancel before trial end to avoid charges.

Cancellation

• Monthly plans may be cancelled anytime and remain accessible through the paid period end.
• Annual plans remain active through the prepaid period end.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension until payment succeeds.

Refunds

Refunds are evaluated case by case. Trial cancellation is not a refund request. If a platform or services failure prevents access for more than 14 consecutive days, request review through support. Partial periods are not prorated except where required by law.

Plan changes

Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the next billing cycle. Switching from individual instruments to The Terminal keeps existing access intact.

Seats and teams

Seat-based plans may not exceed their licensed number without an upgrade. Removing seats mid-term does not generate credit; seats may be reassigned by the account owner.

Disputes

For billing disputes, contact support first. Unresolved disputes may follow the dispute process of your card issuer and these terms.
