Acceptance

By using The Qu'an, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. The house may update these terms from time to time; continued use means acceptance of the updated terms.

License

The Qu'an is provided as a service, not sold. Your subscription grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the terminal and instruments for the subscribed period. All underlying models, methods, and outputs remain the property of Hūs Rihtlǣfan.

Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• The account owner is responsible for all activity under the account.
• Sharing credentials across unlicensed users may result in termination.

Billing

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Annual plans are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law. See the cancellation and refund policy for details.

Acceptable use

Do not reverse-engineer, scrape, resell, or redistribute the service or its data. Do not attempt to access restricted data, bypass rate limits, or interfere with operation. Violations may result in account suspension without refund.

Termination

The house may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, access ends and no refund is due except where required by law.

Limitation of liability

The Qu'an is provided on an as-is basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hūs Rihtlǣfan is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the house operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
